    • In co-operation with CESID the members of the European Movement in Smed.Palanka organised the observations of elections in the municipality of Smed.Palanka. 39 observers took part in the observations of elections.

    • Distribution of leaflets within the election campaign ''VOTE TO ROCK THE BOAT''. The balloons with the inscription ''VOTE TO STIR THE BOAT'' were released from the top floor of the high rising building ''Partenon'' in the centre of the town. Two of the activists were arrested and hold in police custody for one hour.

    • Distribution of leaflets within the election campaign ''VOTE TO ROCK THE BOAT'' together with the activists from the Initiative for Palanka, Women Network of Smed.Palanka and RESISTANCE Movement. Five of the activists was arrested by the police and were hold in custody for one hour.

The invited guests from the NGO ''Smederevski istocnik'' could not attend the conference due to some technical difficulties. The supplements from the conference were broadcast the following day on radio ''Jasenica'' and the network of radio stations of Serbia.
